This Privacy Policy is an integral part of the Popup.fm Terms of Use. Popup Moments Ltd. ("Popup.fm," "we," "our," or "us") operates the Popup.fm platform, including virtual clubs, subscription environments, online events, digital courses, VOD libraries, and Creator product stores (the "Service").

This Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, with whom we share it, and your rights.

1. Data We Collect

1.1 Account Registration Data

To use Popup.fm, you must register using one of the following login methods:

  • Google account
  • Email address

We collect your name, email address, and any other basic information provided by your authentication provider. If additional login methods are added in the future, we will notify you.

1.2 Usage Data

We collect data about how you use the Service, including:

  • Activity inside virtual clubs
  • Your subscription status and benefits
  • Events you attend
  • VOD and digital course usage (e.g., watch history, progress)
  • Interactions with Creators and other members
  • Posts, comments, and content you share
  • Engagement signals (likes, reactions, responses)

1.3 Purchase & Payment Data

When you purchase access to subscriptions, online events, VOD, digital courses, or physical/digital products sold by Creators, we collect billing details, purchase confirmation, items purchased, and subscription status. We do NOT store full credit card numbers.

1.4 Shipping Information (Physical Products)

For physical product purchases, we collect your name, shipping address, phone number, and delivery instructions to fulfill your order.

1.5 Customer Support Data

When you contact us, we collect the information you provide.

1.6 Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to collect technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type, and session activity. Some cookies are necessary for access to paid content and purchase flows.

2. How We Use Your Data

2.1 Operating and Improving the Service

We use your data to operate the platform, manage virtual clubs, deliver subscription benefits, process transactions, fulfill orders, provide access to VOD and courses, and improve our Service.

2.2 Sharing Data With Creators

If you join, subscribe to, or interact with a Creator's virtual club, we share relevant data with that Creator, including your username, subscription status, event attendance, VOD/course progress, purchase history of their products, posts, and interactions. Creators never receive your payment method information.

2.3 Communications

We may send service-related messages, purchase confirmations, subscription updates, and security alerts. Creators may send messages inside their club environment. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails.

2.4 Analytics and Aggregated Data

We may use anonymized or aggregated data for analytics, Creator insights, business reporting, and improving the Service.

3. When We Share Your Information

We may share your data with:

  • Payment processors
  • Creators (for club, subscription, and product operations)
  • Shipping providers
  • Service providers (hosting, analytics)
  • Legal authorities when required

Content posted inside a Creator's virtual club may be visible to all its members.

4. Your Choices and Controls

4.1 Account Deletion

To delete your account, contact info@popup.fm. Deleting your account ends access to subscriptions, virtual clubs, VOD, courses, and purchased content. Some data may be retained for legal compliance.

4.2 Email Preferences

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails. Operational messages cannot be disabled.

5. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures. Payment data is handled by PCI-compliant processors. We may notify you electronically in case of a data breach.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data only as long as necessary to provide the Service or comply with legal obligations.

7. Children and Minors

Popup.fm is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

8. International Users and GDPR
