Welcome to Popup.fm!
By entering a virtual venue or joining an event on Popup.fm, you agree to the following terms:

1. What is Popup.fm?

Popup.fm is a live platform where you can participate in interactive virtual events.

2. Who Can Join

You must be at least 13 years old to attend events on the platform. If you're under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian. Some content may not be suitable for all ages.

3. Respect the Community

Each virtual venue is a space created by the artist. You agree to:

  • Treat the artist and other participants with respect
  • Avoid harassment, hate speech, or offensive behavior
  • Not spam, troll, or disrupt events in any way

Popup.fm may suspend or block users who violate these rules.

4. Account Access

To join events, you'll need to log in to Popup.fm using a Spotify Premium account, Google account, Facebook account, Apple account, or email. You are responsible for your account and any comments, chats, or activity under your name.

5. Music Playback

If the host plays music via Spotify, it streams directly from your personal Spotify Premium account. Popup.fm does not store or transmit music files. You may not record or redistribute any content from the event.

6. Privacy

Popup.fm may collect limited data about your activity—such as event attendance, listening behavior, and interactions. Some of this data may be shared with the hosting artist. We do not sell your personal information. For more information, see our Privacy Policy.

7. Community Guidelines

Popup.fm may publish additional community guidelines to ensure a safe and pleasant experience for all users. By joining, you agree to follow them. Violations may result in suspension or removal.

8. Third-Party Services

Popup.fm connects with third-party services like Spotify and may include links to external websites. We are not responsible for the terms, privacy policies, or content of these third parties.

9. User Content Responsibility

If you post content in the chat (text, emojis, links, etc.), you are solely responsible for it. We do not pre-screen user content, but we reserve the right to remove anything inappropriate.

10. Account Suspension

Popup.fm may limit, suspend, or block your access to the service if you violate these terms or disrupt the user experience.

11. No Guarantees

Popup.fm is a live, evolving platform. We aim to provide a stable experience but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to specific events or features.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any dispute will be resolved under Israeli law, unless local consumer laws require otherwise.

Online Event Ticket Terms & Conditions – Popup Moments Ltd.

Introduction

These terms govern the use of the popup.fm website ("the site") and the sale of tickets to online events offered through the site. Purchasing a ticket constitutes full acceptance of these terms and the site's privacy policy.

Definitions

  • User – Any person browsing the site
  • Purchaser – A user who purchased a ticket for an online event
  • Online Event – A live video/audio stream, pre-recorded content, or digital interaction

Ticket Purchase and Payment

  • Payment is made via credit card, in a single installment.
  • After payment is approved, the purchaser will receive a unique access link by email (for live or recorded viewing).
  • There is no physical delivery of tickets – participation is digital only.
  • Accurate contact details (email and phone) are required for access and updates.
  • It is the purchaser's responsibility to keep their contact information up to date.

Cancellations and Refunds

  • In accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, purchases may be canceled within 14 days of purchase, provided the cancellation is not made less than 7 business days before the event.
  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing to: info@popup.fm
  • If the cancellation is valid, a refund will be issued minus a cancellation fee of 5% or ₪100 – whichever is lower.
  • No cancellations will be accepted after the event has started or if access to the recording has been provided.
  • If the event is canceled or postponed by the organizer, the purchaser will be notified by email and may choose:
    • To attend the rescheduled event
    • To cancel and receive a full refund
  • If the purchaser does not notify us of a cancellation within 14 days of being informed of the change, they will be considered to have accepted the new event date.

Participation Link Use

  • The link is personal and non-transferable.
  • It is strictly forbidden to broadcast, distribute, or record the stream without prior written consent from the event organizer.
  • Any violation of this clause will result in loss of access without a refund.

Limitation of Liability

  • The platform provides the technological infrastructure only and is not responsible for the content, quality, or suitability of the event.
  • Popup.fm is not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from participation or inability to participate (e.g., due to the user's network issues).
  • Delays, interruptions, or failures in the stream may occur due to force majeure or issues beyond the platform's control.

Privacy and Marketing Communications

  • Registration and use of the platform are subject to the Privacy Policy.
  • By purchasing tickets, the user agrees to receive updates about the event and similar events.
  • You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in the message.
