Welcome to Popup.fm!
By entering a virtual venue, joining an event, subscribing to a Creator, purchasing an online event ticket, or buying Creator Products (including VOD and digital courses), you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms").
Popup.fm is operated by Popup Moments Ltd. ("Popup.fm", "we", "our", or "us").
1. What is Popup.fm?
Popup.fm is a live, interactive platform where Users can participate in virtual events, join Creator venues, communicate with Creators, subscribe to Creators for ongoing benefits, and purchase Creator Offerings including online events, subscriptions, products, VOD content, and digital courses.
2. Who Can Use Popup.fm
You must be at least 13 years old to use Popup.fm.
If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian. Some content may not be suitable for all ages.
3. Respect the Community
You agree to:
- Treat Creators and other Users respectfully
- Avoid harassment, hate speech, or offensive behavior
- Not spam, troll, or disrupt events or community spaces
Popup.fm may suspend or block Users who violate these rules.
4. Account Access
To access Popup.fm, participate in events, or subscribe to Creators, you may log in using:
- A Google account, or
- An email address
You are responsible for all actions and communications made under your account.
5. Privacy
Popup.fm may collect information such as event attendance, interactions, subscriptions, and viewing behavior. Some data may be shared with Creators. Popup.fm does not sell personal information.
6. Community Guidelines
Popup.fm may publish additional guidelines. Violations may result in suspension or removal.
7. Third-Party Services
Popup.fm may rely on or link to third-party services. Popup.fm is not responsible for these services.
8. User Content Responsibility
You are solely responsible for any content you post on Popup.fm. Popup.fm may remove content that violates policies.
9. Account Suspension
Popup.fm may limit, suspend, or block your access for violations, misuse, or payment issues.
10. Subscriptions to Creators (End Users)
10.1 Overview
Users may subscribe to Creators for ongoing digital content and community benefits.
10.2 Billing and Renewal
Subscription fees are charged immediately and renew automatically.
10.3 How to Cancel
To cancel, email info@popup.fm with your details.
10.4 Refunds
Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law or platform-wide outages exceeding 30 days.
10.5 Creator Inactivity or Removal
Popup.fm is not responsible for Creator activity or content availability.
10.6 Access After Cancellation
Access continues until the end of the billing period.
10.7 Price or Benefit Changes
Creators may change prices or benefits.
10.8 Popup.fm Not Responsible for Creator Content
Creators are independent providers.
10.9 Termination by Popup.fm
Popup.fm may terminate your subscription or account for violations.
11. Purchases of Products, VOD, and Digital Courses
Creators may sell physical/digital products, VOD, and courses. Popup.fm is not the seller.
11.1 Refunds and Returns
Unless required by law, all purchases are non-refundable.
12. Online Event Tickets
12.1 Introduction
These terms apply to ticketed online events.
12.2 Ticket Purchase and Delivery
Tickets are paid by credit card. Access links sent by email.
12.3 Cancellations and Refunds (Israeli Law)
Tickets may be canceled within 14 days of purchase AND at least 7 business days before the event.
- Cancellations must be emailed to info@popup.fm.
- Valid cancellations receive a refund minus a 5% cancellation fee.
- No cancellations after event start or after recording access is provided.
12.4 Event Cancellations or Postponements
Purchasers may accept the new date or receive a full refund.
12.5 Participation Link Use
Links are personal and non-transferable. Recording or redistribution is prohibited.
12.6 Limitation of Liability
Popup.fm provides technological infrastructure only.
13. No Guarantees
Service interruptions may occur.
14. Governing Law
Laws of Israel apply unless local consumer laws require otherwise.
